Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization’s success.Work location is flexible.Overview:Review approved business loan memos in order to coordinate and prepare loan documentation for a wide assortment of loans. Conduct pre and post-closing review of all documentation for accuracy and adherence to policies and regulations. Monitor ongoing duediligence tracking and ensure all interests in collateral have been perfected. Assist with correction of exceptions and deficiencies. Complete special projects as assigned. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with peers, credit analysts, and lending staff.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and prepare business loan documentation.

Perform pre and post close reviews.

Submit flood orders, appraisal requests, review insurance coverage, monitor outstanding items, and maintain credit files.

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.

Prior experience in the banking industry. Experience in preparing commercial and/or agricultural loan documentation is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment to provide the highest level of support to multiple lenders in a professional environment.

Basic PC skills, including latest versions of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Standard
