Job Description

The Project Manager position for project scheduling, responding to requests, also Customer Service duties handling customers needs over the phone. • Ensure all projects proceed in accordance with designated timeframe.
• Acts as a liaison between the customers regarding project scheduling updates.
• Identify and appropriately act upon issues involving construction resource limitations, schedule adherence and deviations.
• Seek immediate counsel from management regarding any issues and cases that could lead to high exposure (i.e. customer complaints) and or delays in project start/completion.
• Provide detailed reports of all projects scheduled on a weekly basis. Reports will include, but are not limited to:

  • Detailed project information
  • Project assignment information
  • Schedule adherence and deviations
  • Associated performance metrics
  • Customer contact information

Qualifications

• Great Excel, Word and Outlook experience
• 3+ years of project management or project scheduling experience
• Customer AdvocacyMinded
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills,, and a consistently courteous and professional toneat all times
• Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software

Additional Information

This is a full-time position working 8:30a.m.– 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.

Salary:

• $60,000 - $70,000
