Responsible for achieving AOP goal
Driving Strong MOS in team
Capable of having strategic business discussions at the customer/owner level
Develop and maintain a baseline knowledge and understanding of Honeywell offerings and solutions
Develop and mentor new and existing team members of varying levels of experience
Player, coach, and mentor sales personnel so they understand processes as well as how to effectively engage with the appropriate level of customer decision makers
Assess the success of your team and provide actionable coaching to allow the growth of the seller, celebrating success
Determine and communicate clear career path for those on their team
Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to remove barriers for the teams
Participate in "ride along" calls/meetings with teams to provide feedback and insights on growth opportunities and reinforce positive behavior
Act as a servant leader by guiding and providing support to team members who are maintaining and creating new revenue across their territories and providing customer success
Manage strategic planning and business financials
Leads difficult change management
Add value through solution implementation to drive business objective
Promotes Inclusion and Diversity across teams
You Must Have
Financially proficient at the P&L level
Significant and proven experience of managing and leading a team of Sales People
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in related industries
Previous experience of product sales
Ability to manage talent in and out at the organization and drive organizational changes
CRM expert
Strong Business Acumen
Ability to effectively lead in organizational changes
Ability to manage relationships internally to deliver results
Ability to build AOP through statistical prior and future industry knowledge
Ability to see where the business fit in the broader Honeywell portfolio
Experience in standard productivity software suites (Google, Microsoft Office, etc.).
