RQA, Inc. partners with food manufacturers to audit product quality at the retail level. We have an opportunity in the Lacy Lakeview area for a dietitian or nutritionist to perform project work on an as needed basis.
The current project involves visiting a coffee shop visit designated stores, document timestamps for breakfast items, capture temperatures, and complete sensory evaluations. Visits must occur Monday through Friday between 7am-9am. This project involves visiting 1 store location 4 separate times to conduct an evaluation.
Hourly rate is $25 and includes administrative and travel time in addition to the time required to complete the project. Schedule is flexible. Cash advance for product purchase is sent prior to the start of the project.
