This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and prolong equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate efficient and effective service calls.
Provide exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of the latest industry technologies, tools, and practices.
You will be working on a wide range of equipment: Ice machines, Slurpee machines, Make Tables, Walk in Coolers/Freezers etc…
Qualifications
Certified Refrigeration Technician with a minimum of (10 years) experience in refrigeration, HVAC systems, or a related field.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration systems.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the refrigeration industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
