Engineer automated dataflows that feed self-service reports revolving around Incidents, Changes, and Problems in our technology ecosystem
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Use your deep understanding of data to deliver the best solutions possible when given ambiguous requirements from stakeholders
Design and manage complex semantic models in Power BI
Design and permission reporting that is distributed to extended audiences
Provide analytics guidance to partners throughout the technology organization
Communicate with a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less senior members of the team
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of data visualization and reporting (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Splunk, etc)
4+ years working with data-focused programming language (SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc)
2+ years of experience generating analytics content for Senior Leadership
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years working with APIs
1+ years of AI reporting
Experience working with ServiceNow data constructs
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
Bachelors degree or higher in STEM subject (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cyber Security preferred)

Pay Range:Base Pay $120,400 to $250,000Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
