You’ll join our Product team in our Personal Services vertical as a Principal Product Manager — the team that builds the software to power speciality care businesses like dry-cleaners and laundry services. We build the platforms they need to support their customers and keep life moving. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will lead the development and execution of innovative business products tailored to our diverse client base. Your strategic leadership will ensure that our products are not only usable but also deliver maximum value across all client segments. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities. Identify and assess new product opportunities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision.Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product priorities and ensure delivery timelines are met.Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, release, and continuous improvement.Ensure products meet business goals, customer needs, and quality standards.Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market fit.Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
Translate insights into actionable product requirements and features.Use data and analytics to guide decision-making, optimize product performance, and measure success.Monitor key product metrics, including user engagement, retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on product performance, risks, and opportunities.Develop and manage the product budget, including forecasting and financial analysis. Ensure that product decisions are aligned with overall business financial goals and profitability.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, fostering their growth and development. Build a high-performing product team by promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.The average base salary pay range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. May be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
