Your specific responsibilities as a part of the Sales Team at Trove Brands will include:Inputting orders; processing new items and new vendor paperwork.Frequent, clear communication with customers to provide updates, address concerns and answer questions.Managing and creating spreadsheets in Excel; drafting PowerPoint presentations.Collecting, maintaining, and entering detailed information into databasesAnswering customer phone calls and processing customers' orders.Gathering data, compiling reports, and presenting information to a variety of audiences.Creating agendas, presentations, and other documents for company executives.General day-to-day sales and administrative support.Scheduling appointments and managing Outlook calendars.Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required, experience with HubSpot or other CRM is a plus.
