OverviewAs we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of an Account Fleet Coordinator (AFC)!The Account Fleet Coordinator is the primary client service contact for a portfolio of Enterprise Fleet Management accounts, sharing ownership of the client experience with the Client Strategy Manager (CSM). The AFC maintains client relationships, provides sales and administrative support to client accounts and partners with Fleet Operations to provide for a strong client experience. The AFC is responsible for providing reporting and administrative support to the sales team as well as superior service to our clients. The AFC maintains daily contact with clients and provides exceptional support through professional verbal and written communication, with the goal of exceeding the client's expectations. They will need to pivot frequently between their tasks, emails, and meetings.Compensation begins at $52,915 per year, depending upon relevant experience and skill level . Act as a local, knowledgeable resource for an assigned book of Fleet Management clients, primarily through phone and email

Manage all administrative and sales support tasks related to the client base

Create, update and distribute client lease documents and field related questions

Input and initiate vehicle quotes and orders for clients

Collaborate with internal operational teams to determine options and solutions for clients

Assist the sales team by preparing documents, materials and reports for client meetings, and attend as requested

Participate in monthly virtual development meetings and assist in achieving department goals

Must reside in Salt Lake City, UT or the surrounding UT counties

Must have 5+ years of prior client, sales, or vendor support experience; or logistics, supply chain

Must have 5+ years of successful experience with problem resolution or analyzing data to make recommendations

Must have at least 3 years of successful client communication or experience in collaboration and having adversarial conversations

Must have basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Must be willing to accept $52,915 per year

Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
