The Corporate Recruiter delivers on partnering with ICU Medical leaders in developing strategies to identify and hire talent into the Company. Corporate Recruiter must balance hiring goals that emphasize quality hires, process efficiency, and providing an outstanding candidate experience. As an integral member of the HR team, this position contributes to the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring ICU Medical continues to attract and onboard high-performing talent. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to perform at high levels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to the complete recruiting process and fulfilling of requisitions with high-performing talent through:

Partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to understand position requirements; periodic review/update job descriptions will be required.

Screening resumes and evaluating applicants.

Scheduling and conducting phone interviews.

Conducting competency behavioral-based interviews.

Providing status updates to HR and hiring managers as necessary.

Conducting reference checks and assisting with background check processes.

Collecting interview feedback and documenting candidate assessments throughout the interview process.

Partnering with agencies and job board representatives.

Provide expertise in branding, attracting, and acquiring high-performing talent to meet ICU Medical strategic business needs.

Provide appropriate level of guidance, consultation, and education to hiring manage rs on hiring processes and best practices.

Develop knowledge and understanding of the ICU Medical culture, products, business model, and the medical device industry.

Ensure candidates experience a quality recruiting and interview process.

Contribute to the ICU Medical culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, and high-achieving.

Perform other duties as requested.Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees and candidates at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time sensitive tasks within a fast paced environment.

Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities.

Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others.

Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills.

Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of Recruiting-related training programs to groups of hiring managers and HR team members.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.Education and Experience

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

At least 5 years of experience in HR performing staffing responsibilities.

International experience a plus.

Proficiency with recruitment systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft office.

Knowledge of employment laws and government regulations related to talent acquisition processes.Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment

Work may be performed in a clean room environment and follow the guidelines established for such an environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
