What you’ll do:
You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls
You’ll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.
You will research unique inquires to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed.
You’ll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
