With the strength of a large company combined with a small-town, friendly, family-driven mindset; we are here to grow with you.Job Description Primary Location:Salt Lake City, UtahRecruiting Specialist: Carries out policies and assists management in all phases of human resources activity with specific responsibility to develop and execute approved programs to recruit qualified applicants consistent with the expectations of each position and in compliance with Company policies, EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines

Understands documentation of company policies, benefits and personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, progressive discipline and terminations.

Develops and maintains computer systems, recruitment platforms and databases associated with recruitment, applicant tracking, screening tools and related needs.

Work with Applicant base and management to confirm status of applications and open positions.

Provide communication to applicants regarding application status. Ensure final disposition of all applications and confirm closure of all open positions consistent with company practices and goals.

Facilitate introductions to first on-site contact for interviews of applicants and on-boarding of new hires.

Advise site and department managers, verbally and in writing, of company policy regarding employment regulations, compensation, recruiting and hiring practices.

Within the guidelines of the company relocation policies and procedures, work with applicant and Hiring Manager to facilitate conclusion of relocation consistent with formal offer of employment letters.

Communicate status with Hiring Manager and work together to resolve outstanding concerns or incomplete items with applicant and Hiring Manager.

Plans and conducts employee interviews and orientations to foster understanding and positive attitudes toward company goals and programs.

Monitors wage surveys within labor market and works with Director of Compensation and Benefits to determine competitive wage rates approved for listed positions.

Reviews Job Descriptions with Hiring Manager to confirm proper alignment of posted positions, with pay, responsibilities, qualifications, education and experience. Works with Management to identify important information for inclusion in the posting or prescreening candidates for open positions.

Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions as directed by management and consistent with company policy and procedure. Assists with Job Fairs as requested, develops and maintains relationships and associations that promote the Admiral brand and provide recruitment opportunities to grow and protect the quality and effectiveness of Admiral’s workforce and positive professional image.

Develop tools and metrics to track the success of the recruitment process, and make adjustments as needed or directed.

Develops and conducts employee training programs as assigned.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
