You will design and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for APIs and software applications. Design and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for APIs and software applications.
Identify, log, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate closely with the software development team to ensure design quality and functionality.
Perform various types of testing: functional, regression, load, end-to-end, and security.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
Participate in sprint planning, providing input on required testing tasks, process improvements, and dependencies.
Monitor debugging process results and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years experience in a QA role with a focus on API testing is a must
Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman.
Having experience with automation scripting would be highly advantageous.
Familiarity with integration tools and platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or equivalent is desired.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development principles.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
