We are seeking Prep Cooks & Line Cooks to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced fun environment with many opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Help oversee and develop day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate with staff and management to ensure restaurant needs are being met
Check freshness, quality, and storage of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Ensure standardized recipes and plate presentations are followed
Work with management and team to create a memorable experience for our guests every time they fly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Knowledge of food safety and healthy practices
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership and team qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Want to succeed in a fast growing company
