Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Cook and Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This dual-role position involves preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, helping to deliver a top-notch dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone who is available the following days:
Tuesday 4pm-CL (10PM)
Wednesday 4pm-CL
Thursday 4pm-CL
Friday 5pm-CL
Saturday 10am-2 pm and 5pm-CL
Sunday 11am-3pm
Key Responsibilities:
Line Cook:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including food storage and handling.
Assist in menu planning and development as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Dishwasher:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials.
Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
