Job Description
We are looking for a skilled office manager to oversee the day to day administrative operations of our corporate office as well as support our owners as an executive assistant. This role oversees the office operations at the corporate level providing support to the executive team, keeping the office stocked with supplies (and snacks) and works to ensure people have the tools and resources they need to be successful. Whether that means more paperclips or a new computer it usually falls to this role to provide support and help. They are also the first point of contact for people visiting the corporate office.
Qualifications
College degree in business administration or related field
Experience working in an office setting
Top notch customer service skills is a must
Ability to multitask and manage several projects (both large and small)
Some accounts payable or accounting experience is a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit - desire to learn new things and take on new projects
Love for seniors is always beneficial, as that is who we serve
A team player who lifts those around them
