Twin Farms is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Esthetician to join our luxury spa team. Our spa proudly features Biologique Recherche as our exclusive facial line. Comprehensive training will be provided on all facial products and body treatments.Esthetician ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide customized facials and body treatments in accordance with Twin Farms’ service standards and current licensureConduct thorough client consultations to identify contraindications and assess skin conditions prior to treatmentRecommend appropriate skincare treatments, home care regimens, and retail productsMaintain a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients and benefits of Biologique Recherche and other spa offeringsDeliver a consistently warm, professional, and guest-focused experienceManage appointment timing to ensure services begin and end on schedulePrepare, clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each serviceFollow all esthetics policies regarding sanitation, chemical usage, equipment care, and universal precautionsMonitor product inventory and communicate supply needs to managementMaintain accurate client cards and treatment notes as requiredCare for linens and ensure proper replacement between sessionsParticipate in required meetings and professional trainingsSupport overall spa operations and assist with additional duties as assignedGuest Experience & Service StandardsWelcome guests in a warm and professional manner and escort them to and from treatment roomsAnswer guest questions knowledgeably and confidentlyDemonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality, discretion, and personalized serviceRespond promptly and professionally to guest needs or concerns
