Description We are looking for a project manager who can efficiently manage and coordinate activities in our university setting in Burlington, Vermont, United States. This role involves overseeing the creation of a Clinical Research Data enclave. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams and ensuring compliance with regulations throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Clinical Research Data enclave project. Oversee and coordinate activities across data governance, tech, and contract teams to ensure project milestones are met. Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level executives and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project success. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project. Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices for handling sensitive data throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Utilize skills in Database, EO/IR systems, Deliverable, HealthCare Industry, Formal Project Management, IT project management, Project Management, Project Management Process Improvement, Standard Project Management, Proven Project Management, Data Governance. Requirements Comprehensive knowledge of Database Management. Proficiency in Electro-Optic/Infrared (EO/IR) systems. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines. Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry. Formal Project Management training or certification. Proven track record in IT project management. Mastery of Project Management methodologies and best practices. Demonstrated ability in Project Management Process Improvement. Understanding of Standard Project Management processes and tools. Proven Project Management skills with the ability to lead complex projects. Experience with Data Governance and its application in project management.
