Minimum of seven (7) years Central Sterile Processing experience and 1 year of Certified endoscope reprocessing experience

Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience

Demonstrated experience in project management and performance improvement

Associates Degree (Business management or healthcare leadership preferred) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, required within 3 years of hire

Certified Registered Central Service Technician through HSPA or CBSPD and Certified Endoscope Re-processor through HSPA or CBSPD

Summary:

We are seeking a CSR Quality Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead quality, compliance, and education for CSR department.

Act as primary contact for CSR and high-level disinfection process initiation, compliance adherence, and tracking of quality and auditing activities.

Utilize strong background in Sterile Processing workflow to develop and maintain a quality assurance program

Work under direction of Director, Perioperative Services and collaborate closely with Manager, Central Sterile Reprocessing, and leaders of surgical, procedural, ambulatory, and clinical areas.

Develop processes and contribute to education, in-servicing, competency validation, and auditing as it pertains to regulatory requirements and policies and procedures at perioperative, procedural, and ambulatory sites.
