One Main Tap and Grill is seeking a motivated bartender/server to join our customer service team. Previous service experience is a must, preferably also bartending experience. Must be available for weekends. Quick pace, friendly, and team attitude are a must! Excellent earning potential. One Main Tap & Grill is an artisan farm-to-plate bar and restaurant open 7 days a week (5 days a week in winter) for dinner service with 24 taps of mostly VT craft beer, and a full bar. We source our ingredients locally, we prepare our food from scratch, and we take pride in serving high quality meals and drinks to our community. We can't do any of that without a strong team of valued employees where teamwork and communication are highly emphasized.
