I am a Chef searching for an interested party to partner with to open and run a 40 seat upscale restaurant in the Burlington area. Space and lease are currently being negotiated, and should be closed upon in the next 60 days. Concept has been preliminarily developed, and a business plan / model has been written and researched. However, the details and final concept of the space are fairly flexible and I am looking for someone with a bit of a eye for design that can help to create a unique space, execute a cocktail and wine program, and develop an exceptional service standard.
Start up / investment capital required, though it will not be as significant as one might imagine as this project already has a considerable amount of funding. I am looking for a pleasant and positive person with experience working in upscale or for lack of a better word 'trendy' restaurants. This is a great opportunity for someone with ambition who wants to own their space and craft and hopefully expand into more spaces in the future.
