Onsen Ramen is currently hiring for a front of house manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience in foodservice and customer facing positions in a restaurant setting. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, can multi-task while helping customers and staff and has a positive attitude. Love for huge bowls of noodles, loud music and pork belly buns is a plus :)
The hours for this position start at 2:00pm Wednesday- Sunday
Duties include:
Assisting in ordering, rotating and stocking of drinks and paper goods
Overseeing service for the night
Nightly closings and cleaning
Assisting with take out orders
Helping in facilitating staff training and continuing education
Assisting customers with orders and questions
Light food preparation
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be eligible for a Vermont DLC certification.
