We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to serve as a chef for our private ski club. You will work on your own to plan, prepare, cook, and present weekend meals during the ski season and, optionally, on off-season holiday weekends. We need a dependable person to provide breakfasts and dinners, including purchasing food, drinks, and other supplies, for anywhere from 20 to 50 people. Another employee will wash dishes and assist in serving. Estimated 25 to 30 hours per week.
Located in the heart of the Mad River Valley and surrounded by spectacular natural beauty, our lodge is minutes from the Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski resorts.
