Twin Farms in Barnard, VT is seeking dedicated, ambitious cooks to join our team for a Chef de Partie position. We are a Relais & Chateau property awarded 5 stars by the Forbes Travel Guide and nationally recognized as a food destination in New England. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to help make our guests’ culinary dreams into reality. Pay Rate: $20-25, depending on experience

Requirements:

● At least one years experience working in a professional kitchen, or at least an associate’s degree in culinary arts

● Ability to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment while maintaining safe practices.

● Participating in procedures that require a high level of repetitive motion involving the hands, wrists, arms and back.

● Lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during the course of a shift.

● Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with coworkers and perform duties assigned by supervisors.

● Shift hours are typically long with weekend and holiday attendance most always necessary- requires ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work holidays.
