We're looking to add a Line Cook to our team! Duties include setting up the line for dinner service, light prep for service, executing dinner service, and then breaking down and deep-cleaning the kitchen at close. This is a part-time position3 shifts/week. For the right person there is the possibility for full time hours.

We are a bar and taqueria in the hearth of the Old North End of Burlington. We execute a small but intentional menu at a high volume. We have a small and tight-knit crew. Team work is fundamental to what we do. We are a One Fair Wage restaurant, meaning tips are shared with the Front and Back of House. Pay is very competitive, and Health Insurance is available for full time staff.
About the Position:
Line shifts start at 3pm. The line is fully set-up for service, potentially some light prep during setup. Dinner service is 5-10pm, and afterwards we break down and deep-clean the kitchen. We are generally walking out around 11pm.
The ideal candidate is timely, clean and organized, and thrives as part of a team.
