Doc is on the look out for an experienced Lead Prep Cook to join our team immediately. This position works closely with the Chef and Sous Chef on ordering, receiving, prep pars, line readiness, and laying a stable foundation for daily line operations. This position will also be asked to participate in line cooking during peak periods, staffing transitions, and time off coverage. As a supervisory team member, this position is eligible for our manager dining benefits at all of our restaurants including Doc Ponds, Prohibition Pig, and Hen of the Wood.
