El Cortijo Taqueria in Winooski is seeking an experienced Line Cook for immediate hire for a full time position. Open availability preferred but all scheduling availability will be considered. Weekend availability is a must.
Experience in high volume and/or fine dining a plus. One year of kitchen experience preferred but we're willing to train the right people. We offer great advancement potential within our group. Each of current Chefs and Sous Chefs joined our team as line cooks.
El Cortijo is a part of The Farmhouse Group, made up of five farm-to-table restaurants and catering in the Burlington area, The Farmhouse Tap & Grill, El Cortijo Taqueria Burlington & Winooski, Guild Tavern and Pascolo Ristorante & Farmhouse Group Events. Our menus are a vehicle for showcasing the many wonderful farms & food producers in Vermont.
