Popolo is a full service community restaurant in Bellows Falls serving italian inspired cuisine and signature cocktails since 2012. We're looking for experienced servers with an interest in food, artisanal spirits, and regional brews, with a basic wine knowledge and an enthusiasm for hospitality and creative mixology. Weekday service includes some amount of making drinks so experience helps.
Weekend availability REQUIRED including service for Sunday brunch. Up to three server shifts each week.
We'd like you to be a team-oriented partner who actually likes doing what they do and is excited to learn more while making this restaurant thrive. Weekends and holidays are expected workdays. Special events [weddings, parties, private lunches, concerts] offer additional opportunities for hours. Servers should expect to work between 12 and 25 hours each week.
The position pays hourly plus gratuity. Popolo maintains a Living Wage program so no employee ever averages less than $15.00 when including wages, gratuities, service charges, and bonuses.
