Folino's Pizza is on the search for a General Manager and shift leaders in Burlington. We strive to create the best pizza we can with high quality ingredients.
Each of our locations are run by a committed and team oriented leader aiming to operate a clean, profitable, and respectful kitchen environment. Our healthy and reliable atmosphere starts at the top. We are looking for someone who is like-minded as well as self-motivated and can promote a strong skill set in leading, training, efficiency, and consistency.
We offer a very fair and effective pay structure that maintains our employees at a comfortable and livable wage. We understand the importance of our valuable team members and we strive to reflect that in our pay structure.
You will be trained in one of our operational locations from the ground up. You will be able to see all of our systems, ordering procedures, recipes, and our expectation of product and service. Evenings are a must and some weekend days will be required.
