We are looking for a strong Chef/Kitchen Manager (with experience) who can handle large volume production cooking. We produce 2500 meals a day so this person needs to know how to extend out recipes, and lead the kitchen, set up the prep for the following days, and set the example.
ServSafe certified is a requirement, and we will pay to get you trained if you are not current.
This is one of those rare food service jobs where most of your weekends and holidays you will have as your days off, so you can spend evenings, weekends, and holidays with your family. We have some great cooks here, they just want a leader who will drive the kitchen forward and be a mentor.
Hours mostly begin around 5 AM and finish early afternoon.
This will be a salaried position.
