The Skinny Pancake is now looking to hire a Kitchen Manager at our BTV Aiport location. This is a Full-time, salaried position with great benefits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food service. This role is a key member of the leadership team of the Skinny Pancake, working with support from the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Executive Chef.

This positionâs key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff at the Skinny Pancake ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Managing variable costs including labor, food, beverage, and operating supplies. Ordering, taking inventory and maintaining quality food and execution of the food to guests. Leading and motivating the team, showing enthusiasm about the local food movement here in VT, and have confidence in their responsibility to make rational decisions in challenging situations.
