Hen of the Wood - Waterbury is looking for an experience, professional cook with several years of high volume, high quality, locally sourced cooking to join our team. We have promoted one of our Sous Chefs to Executive Chef at another restaurant, opening the opportunity for a professional interested in growing a career with Heirloom Hospitality. A successful candidate needs to bring high level recent cooking skills, positivity, and desire to be trained over time on all stations in the kitchen. After mastering all stations and confirming a good fit, a pathway to a Lead Line Cook will be discussed.
