Bistro Henry, Manchester's busy Fine Dining Southern French/ Northern Italian/Eclectic restaurant seeks hard working, detail oriented, clean, efficient very good cook with game and a sense of dedication, tenacity, loyalty combined with a "can do" attitude".
Be ready and willing to execute and amplify successful owner's menu.
Must have great communication skills, be able to train and manage people, be able to work on one's feet for extended periods of time, be able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and use a computer for more than finding a job.
