Full time position responsible for croissant production: mixing doughs, lamination, cutting and rolling croissants, making biscuits, rolling and crimping pie shells and tarts, and some cookie making.
We are looking for someone that has had some experience with laminated doughs, but will be willing to train a motivated candidate, works well with others and is self motivated.
