About the Role:
We’re looking for a Chef with the skills, drive, and leadership to support our kitchen during peak season and beyond. This is your chance to work with a professional team that takes pride in handmade pastas, fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and one of the strongest Italian wine programs in the area.

Experience in Italian & Mediterranean cuisine
Comfort working with seafood and fine dining standards
Ability to run the line with precision and consistency
Leadership skills to help guide and support the team
