Onsen Ramen is a locally owned and operated restaurant making from scratch ramen featuring local products whenever possible. We offer a large selection of seasonally rotating sake as well as wine, beer and soft drinks. We love working with collaborative, dependable, fun and energetic people. Onsen Ramen is hiring for servers to join our front of house staff. Our ideal candidate is experienced in restaurant service and is able to be friendly and accommodating and in a fast-paced environment. We are open 4:00-9:00 pm Wednesday- Sunday and are looking for staff that can dependably work at least 3 shifts a week on a long term basis.
Duties include:
Setting up & breaking down for the night
Taking customer orders & inputting orders into a point of sale
Answering questions about the menu
Service of sake, wine & beer
Bussing and resetting tables
Assisting with take out orders
Garnishing & food running
Completing cash & credit card transactions
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be eligible for a Vermont DLC certification.
