The Gryphon Bistro is looking for a Sous Chef. Job summary and desired traits:
Schedule will be Mon-Wed and Sunday brunch (Thurs-Sat and Sunday nights off)
There are extra hours expected for deliveries and scheduling-supervising maintenance to the space and equipment
Responsible for full service and maintaining our established high standards
Position is salaried, $70,000 annually, bi-weekly pay on Friday, with a goal for regular vacations, the goal is quality of work AND quality of life.
Must be kind, thoughtful, a good communicator, and calm under pressure
We are looking for an experienced and results driven professional with a healthy personal life. This is a kitchen job with 4-nights off a week, including the entire weekend after brunch service.
