Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions provided by the head chef
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Ensure food is cooked to temp and plating is well presented
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent knife skills for cutting, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week and
30 - 40 per week
