We are a roofing and siding company that provides services to residential and commercial property owners. We often have 6-8 jobs going at once while preparing for the next jobs. This is a position that requires multi-tasking, product knowledge, a fair amount of communications daily with homeowners, job managers and vendors.
This position includes the following responsibilities but not limited to the following:
Customer service to all customers and businesses, Set up customer jobs in QuickBooks and Scheduling software, Create and submit product literature for all prospective clients and customers, maintaining the work schedule contracts, orders, order confirmations, shipping details etc Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks, provide assistance to managers of the company when needed, provide closeout documentation for all jobs.
This is a part time position that could lead into a full-time position, with the opportunity for growth
Some knowledge of construction is helpful but not required
