Position Overview
You’ll coordinate service work between homeowners/tenants and our service technicians. This role is the hub of our service department—making sure requests are documented, scheduled, and completed, and that customers are kept informed along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers/tenants and understand their service needs
Answer phones and respond to emails about service requests
Schedule appointments and create service orders
Coordinate with service technicians and help prioritize jobs
Maintain customer records and handle basic documentation
Track needed parts and materials for service work
Follow up after service is completed to ensure satisfaction
Generate simple reports on service activity as needed
Be on-call for occasional emergency service calls from customers/tenants
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Very organized with good attention to detail
Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office/scheduling software
Professional, positive attitude with patience and empathy
Reliable team player who is willing to learn
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time position
$25/hour
Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Office-based role with regular customer/tenant interaction (phone, email, in-person)
Mix of desk work, moving around the facility, and occasional site visits for follow-up
