We are currently seeking a Rental Property Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We are a 40+ year old company renovating and managing high-quality, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, rental apartments, homes, and commercial spaces in the Brattleboro Vermont.

This is a hourly position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities include:
Completing work and repair orders efficiently and in a timely fashion
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Overseework performed by outside contractors as necessary
Occasionally on call support

Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity withmaintenancetools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Have own vehicle capable of transporting materials and appliances.
Have own tools

Sheetrock installation and repair
