Sales Associate “Jess Boutique/Expressions Boutique
Jess Boutique is a womens high end specialty clothing boutique located in beautiful downtown Burlington on the Church Street Marketplace. We specialize in selling quality womens clothing and accessories for special events, and everyday life. We have recently grown our boutique family to include our sister store, Expressions Boutique located next door. Our focus is on offering each of our clients a positive and personalized shopping experience that is also fun!
The Role:
Our Sales Associates are expected to offer our customers a high level of personalized service while creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. Daily duties include upholding store standards, supporting management and fellow associates, and performing a variety of cross-functional tasks assigned by the lead sales associate.
Who You Are:
A directional sales person and who knows how to build and increase sales
A positive thinker with a can-do attitude
A strong communicator with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Able to build and cultivate lasting relationships with new and current customers
Interested in fashion and have a strong sense of style
Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the boutiques, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
