Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Conduct test drives and provide vehicle demonstrations
-Discuss features and benefits of vehicles with customers and answer questions
-Provide accurate pricing information and assist in negotiating sales
-Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
-Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all vehicles (training provided)
-Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and goals
-Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus but not required
-No prior sales experience necessary – full training will be provided
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
