We are looking for an enthusiastic friendly sales professional, for our roofing, siding, painting and carpentry divisions. This person will visit prospective customers onsite and in the office. Attend sales/estimate meetings on time, present materials based on reason for estimate will have samples on hand and represent the company in a positive manner.
Pay based on experience, must have knowledge of construction field. We provide a company vehicle and company gas card
Must learn roofing and siding systems and pass online exam of 20 multiple choice questions- we will provide the training and the testing.
Example of general daily schedule
Mon-Thurs
8am-130pm off site estimates/meet with customers
2pm-430 pm in office building estimates and following up with customers/leads
Fri
8am-1130 am off site estimates/meet with customers
12pm-430 in office building estimates and follow ups
Must Haves:

Know how to operate a computer and upload photos to software
Valid Drivers license
Know how to read a tape measure
Be able to move a ladder independently
Follow up with leads and estimates
Excellent customer service skills
Meet with homeowners, be able to present products and give suggestions
Must be able to manage time and stay on task

Willing to Train for:
Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of work
Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required

Build estimates using our customized software. Software is customized to specific systems and pre-priced materials
