We are looking for a motivated individuals with construction related experience with an excellent work ethic, eagerness to learn a handful of new skills relating to welding and metal fabrication. We work all over the state constructing high end custom handrails and stair systems. Our work requires you to travel and work in finished homes, new constructions and in constantly changing locations.
As an Ideal candidate you will…
1.) Be proficient with measuring tape and basic hand tools, speed square, framing square, Angle finder, level, drills, saws etc.
2.) Able to operate bandsaws, plasma cutter, drill press and welders, be able to troubleshoot equipment and have a willingness to solve problems.
3.) Be proficient and willing to learn mathematics, calculate angles and solve simple but complex mathematical equations.
5.) Be personable, respectable and possess a strong positive mental attitude and unwillingness to give up.
6.) Willingness and proficiency with many different types of skilled tasks some menial such as painting, sanding, etc
7.) Has a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
8.) Can get to work on time and operates on your own personal initiative.
9.) Wants to grow with a company and eventually take on a leadership role as metal fabricator/ lead builder.
10.) Can lift upwards of 50 lbs.
