Mason Tender position - CMU / concrete block masonry jobs

hours are 7am to 430 pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 12:30 Friday
15 minute break at 930am, 30 min lunch at 12pm
Duties-
Forklift / telehandler operator / Ground worker
-Show up on time ready to work every day 5 days a week
-Get paid to take lift operator certification course
-communicate with other workers on hand held radio for instructions
- Run forklift to move scaffolding and planks where needed on jobsite
-Shovel sand into buckets, load bags of cement into mortar mixer to create batches of mortar and grout
-learn to operate forklift
-land pallets of blocks and tubs of mortar and grout on scaffolding where masons are working
-cut blocks to size with masonry saws
-keep work areas cleaned up, materials covered with tarps
-stay busy on jobsite
-Stay off cell phone unless on break time
Staging tender / mason tender
-Help to setup and tear down masonry scaffold, walkthrough frames and accessories, 16 foot plank
-stock out blocks on scaffold for masons to install
-shovel mortar and grout into buckets and pans for masons to use
-cut blocks with power tools
-assist masons as needed
-Stay off cell phone unless on break time
$25 per hour to start. Experienced laborers / operators and very reliable hard workers will make a higher wage after 30 - 60 - and 90 probationary period performance reviews with Managment.
