On The Dot HVAC, a small family-owned heating and cooling company based in Barre, is looking for a service technician/equipment installer.
Our ideal candidate has experience with heating systems, minisplit installation and some plumbing. However, we are willing to train the right person.
A drivers license and reliable transportation are a must. Cleanliness in one’s work habits and personal appearance are also a must as our customers trust us to work in their homes. Most importantly a willingness to learn and improve one’s skill set is vital to being successful at our company.
We offer excellent wages, PTO, uniforms. Benefits are available to full-time, permanent employees after one year. An experienced candidate who can work independently will be given a company vehicle.
