We are looking for a Maintenance Technician Apprentice
A Maintenance Technician Apprentice is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Technicians for all of the business’s maintenance activities. Strong candidates will have some experience and or knowledge related to general contractor skills, painting, lite plumbing, landscaping, and general assistance in supporting the Maintenance Technician as assigned by the maintenance coordinator and authorized by the company. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of Real Property Management Sterling.
