Responsibilities:
Serve as Site Safety and Health Officer and QC Manager
Maintain full-time presence on site
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inspections, and hazard analyses (AHAs)
Maintain daily QC reports, submittal tracking, and 3-phase inspections
Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and contract specs
Requirements:
OSHA 30 + EM 385-1-1 24-hour training
USACE CQM-C certification (required)
5+ years as SSHO or QC on federal construction projects
Strong reporting and documentation skills
