With nearly 340,000 members in 180 countries, SHRM touches the lives of more than 362 million workers and their families globally.SUMMARYThe Webcasts Associate Producer is responsible for coordinating and producing live and recorded webcasts programs for the entire SHRM audience. The position also actively contributes to the development and implementation of new webcast initiatives. This programming contributes to SHRM’s audience engagement and retention goals and supports revenue initiatives across SHRM. Position collaborates with SHRM’s sales team, newsroom, membership, marketing, and social media teams.Responsibilities:· Serve as a webcast producer for SHRM’s webcast series. This includes having a thorough understanding of the webcast platform used to deliver programming and optimizing the platform for speakers, creating event-related registration pages, integrating interactive elements and video, editing programs when needed.· Follow precise checklists for program preparation, including but not limited to adding upcoming events to the website, providing webcast technical support to viewers participating during the live viewing of the program and troubleshooting web browser and other internet-related issues.· Create, post and update webcast descriptions, video and audio clips and other media material on the SHRM website. Coordinate the program marketing with the Sales support and newsletter production teams.· Monitor the project management site to ensure that all sponsor and speaker inquiries are being answered in a timely basis.· Keep the SHRM webcast landing page(s) updated and work with webcast production team to maintain the program archive pages.· Monitor the SHRM webcast production email box, including answering all member inquiries regarding technical issues and recertification audit.· Help compile webcast statistics and provide reports to SHRM’s Sales support team.· Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements
Technical school or Associate Degree in communication, marketing, business or other relevant field.
4 years of experience with a combination of webcast and /or Multimedia production, editorial programming, or marketing.
Experience with digital/webcasts projects for a diverse client base is preferred.

Familiarity with current editing software needed to produce high quality and creative programming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with webcast software such as ON24, Bizzabo, Brandlive or other similar webcast platforms.
Web Publishing skills using a Content Management program such as SharePoint or similar.
Experience with multimedia production software such as Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro X or similar.

This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
